COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you get started
Can a supplier bill be checked against received goods?
Yes. Supplier invoices can use goods-receipt context and the supported matching workflow. Matching rules and approvals follow organisation settings.
Can we remove a payment from a proposed batch?
The reviewable payment-run workflow supports removing an individual proposed payment before execution, subject to its state and your permissions.
Does executing a run transfer money from our bank?
The reviewed implementation approves and posts application payment records. It does not itself send a bank transfer.
