COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you get started
Can we search from a customer or supplier?
Yes. The document discovery surfaces include customer and supplier context, a transaction explorer and related-document views with current access checks.
Is scanned-document OCR always enabled?
No. The optional OCR service needs environment enablement and a configured Tesseract runtime, and applies file and processing limits.
Can every document use the same PDF branding?
The organisation template workflow supports drafts, preview and publish. Published branding applies to the document types integrated with that template.
