COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started

Do managers see every organisation record?

Report scope follows organisation boundaries, permissions and supported record access. Some organisation-wide views require administrator access.

Are email, WhatsApp and AI included with every module?

The relevant provider setup, subscription, usage limits and permissions still apply. Confirm the services required by your chosen workflow.

Is the voice assistant generally available?

Website voice and telephone functions have additional pilot, provider and release checks. Use the CRM guide to review their current scope before enabling them.
