COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you get started
Can invoices come from sales orders or shipments?
Yes. The customer-invoice workflow supports the reviewed order and shipment sources, including eligible consolidated or batch actions.
Can customers view a bill without a CRM login?
Supported public invoice and statement links provide the intended customer view. The organisation can rotate or revoke those links.
Are reminders automatic for every organisation?
Reminder and recurring-billing behaviour depends on the configured rules, enabled scheduling and sender readiness. Review the applicable setup with the billing team.
