COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you get started
Can we start from an internal requirement?
Yes. Requisitions can be submitted for review and can lead into RFQs or purchase orders through the supported workflow.
Can the team record more than one receipt?
The order receiving workflow can review the purchase order and its receipt history. Eligible quantities and reversal rules are checked by the receiving workflow.
Does a purchase order pay the supplier?
No. Purchase orders, received goods, supplier bills and payment records have separate review and approval steps.
