EXPLORE CURRENT FEATURES

Find the tools your team needs

Start with a topic. Each card gives you a quick overview, with more detail when you need it. Access depends on your plan, setup and permissions.

Need the broader sales workflow? Explore Planex365 CRM features for leads, follow-ups and forecasts.

01 / PROJECT SETUP

Build a clear picture of your project

Organize phases, towers, floors and units in a tree beside the setup form. Preview changes before adding many floors or repeating a unit layout.

  • Guided setup, next steps and bulk floor creation
  • Saved floor purposes, parking ranges and physical floor numbers
  • Unit areas, specifications and 2D or 3D inventory views
Explore inventory tools

Record carpet, built-up and saleable areas, unit types and specifications. Search, compare and preview units, import inventory or generate repeated layouts.

Review floor copies with parking, service and refuge areas in view. Dedicated refuge and service floors are excluded from bulk unit creation; partial refuge areas need a review of permitted unit positions.

Import a PDF, PNG or JPEG floor drawing, map it to units and send it for review. Preview changes to an existing floor plan before applying a revision. Native CAD synchronization is planned.

02 / UNIT AVAILABILITY

Know which units are available

See available, held, booked, blocked and sold units. Use a timed hold when a buyer needs a unit reserved for the next sales step.

  • Buyer-specific holds with expiry dates
  • Release actions and competing-request checks
  • Recorded reasons, responsible users and history
Understand holds and availability

A search result or shortlist records interest. A hold is a separate reservation with its own checks and expiry. Availability is checked again as the buyer moves into a hold, quotation or booking.

Keep the reason for an availability change and follow its history, so another team member can understand how the unit reached its current status.

03 / BUYER REQUIREMENTS

Help buyers find suitable units

Keep each buyer's preferences connected to their CRM enquiry. Find available units, compare choices and save a shortlist for the next conversation.

  • Project, location, configuration and carpet-area preferences
  • Ranked inventory suggestions and shortlist decisions
  • Connected buyer journey and retained requirement history
See how buyer matching works

Use an active buyer requirement to suggest available units. Save the buyer's budget, then review the quotation, charges and taxes to judge affordability.

Budget is not a price match. Current suggestions match inventory preferences; they do not confirm that a unit is within budget or reserve it for the buyer.

04 / SITE VISITS

Keep every site visit organized

Plan a visit with a project host, follow it in an agenda and keep the outcome connected to the buyer and their CRM meeting.

  • Project hosts, meeting points and visit calendars
  • Confirm, check in, complete or reschedule a visit
  • Cancellation, no-show and visit history
Explore visit coordination

Browse the agenda in the chosen time zone, assign a host and review CRM calendar overlaps while planning. An overlap check helps the team review timing; it does not guarantee a clash-free schedule.

Record the visit result or why it did not happen, keeping the linked CRM meeting consistent. Automated outbound visit invitations are planned.

05 / PRICING & APPROVALS

Make prices and approvals easier to follow

Show how a price is built up, review proposed discounts and keep the approved quotation version close to the buyer and unit.

  • Area rates, floor-rise and location-based charge previews
  • Parking charges, tax and fee treatment
  • Independent reviews and saved commercial decisions
Explore pricing and cost sheets

Maintain price lists and pricing policies, review phase pricing launches and retain their approval history. Prepare quotation revisions and route discount or commercial terms to an independent reviewer.

Prepare and review itemized cost sheets internally, retain the saved version and export an internal PDF proof. Save a handoff for booking and finance teams to review.

Release-gated Live use of the newer itemized pricing package, including its customer documents and delivery, still needs release approval. See the exact scope.

06 / BOOKING

Check what is needed before booking

Bring the buyer, eligible quotation, active hold and required documents into one booking review before confirming the exact unit.

  • Booking checklists and readiness policies
  • Buyer parties, independent approval and confirmation
  • Controlled cancellation with retained decisions
Explore booking checks

Choose an eligible quotation, track missing requirements and keep the approved price details with the booking. Manage the people linked to the booking and follow changes and decisions in its history.

Confirmation and cancellation each follow their own checks. A buyer's shortlist or accepted quotation does not itself confirm a booking.

07 / COLLECTIONS & FOLLOW-UP

See what is due and what needs review

Plan instalments, follow up on amounts due and record manual payment claims. Give finance a clear queue to check the evidence and payment references independently.

  • Amount- or percentage-based payment schedules
  • CRM follow-ups, disputes and review tasks
  • Evidence, payment allocations and correction history
Explore collection controls

Review upcoming, due and overdue instalments. Create CRM follow-ups for a demand, record a dispute, arrange its review and retain the resolution.

Capture a manual receipt or customer payout claim with evidence and explicit instalment allocations. Independent finance decisions, reconciliation, reversals and reporting keep the review history available.

Finance reconciliation means checking a manual claim against its payment references and supporting records. Bank-feed imports, payment execution and automatic accounting entries are planned. A collection claim does not issue a statutory receipt or automatically clear possession.

08 / SITE INSPECTIONS

Follow unit readiness, one check at a time

Give engineers clear checklists and assignments. Review photos and test results, track corrections and see progress across floors and towers.

  • Engineer calendars and floor-wise inspection capacity plans
  • QR unit labels and offline private inspection drafts
  • Independent review, correction priorities and evidence PDFs
Explore inspection and quality tools

Use versioned checklist templates, inspection rounds, trade responsibilities and functional checks. Set up checklists or assign work in bulk, follow engineer workload and plan around availability and working-day limits.

Use QR labels to reach unit verification. Capture private notes and photos as offline drafts, then compare changed records and synchronize when connected. Submission and approval remain separate steps.

Follow priority corrections, pending reviews and quality trends. Export unit evidence reports or floor and multi-unit PDF bundles, with the supporting review history and the required access permissions.

Capacity planning here is for inspection assignments. It does not replace a general construction schedule.

09 / POSSESSION & AFTERCARE

Prepare a handover people can follow

Review documents, finance clearance and project readiness before possession. Keep the appointment, checklist and final handover decision together.

  • Document checks and possession readiness
  • Key release, meter and fixture records, buyer acknowledgement
  • Internal service cases and work logs after handover
Explore handover and aftercare

Track post-booking milestones, document requirements and supporting agreement, clearance and project-readiness records. Check eligibility before scheduling possession and review the final handover requirements.

Record key or access release, meter and fixture details and the recipient's acknowledgement. Keep corrections, escalations and their decisions alongside the handover history.

Link completed handovers to internal aftercare cases, record work and follow their status. External resident portals, e-signatures and contractor dispatch are planned.

10 / MANAGEMENT REPORTS

See where work needs attention

Bring inventory, visits, bookings, collections and handover progress into operational views. Help managers spot delays and follow work back to its context.

  • Operational dashboards and quote-to-booking funnels
  • Collection, commercial and post-booking reports
  • Activity trends, comparisons and exception counts
Explore reporting views

Review booked commercial snapshots, manual collection operations and post-booking work. Follow activity trends, compare operational periods and use the metric catalogue to understand what a reported figure means.

See exception counts such as expired holds, collection claims waiting for verification, pending reconciliation and handover cases on hold. Use available CSV exports for further review.

Reporting follows team permissions. Several organization-wide dashboards are restricted to administrators.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Know what you can use and what comes later

See the current workflows, the newer pricing steps waiting for release approval and the integrations planned for later.

Current workflows

The tools described above

Project inventory, buyer requirements, visits, booking checks, manual collections, inspections, possession records and internal aftercare are part of the module.

Internal itemized pricing preparation, reviews and PDF proofs are also included. The later release steps have separate restrictions.

Browse current workflows
Release-gated

New itemized pricing release

Prepared for internal review. Not yet open for live customer use.

Internal preparation and review are available. The following steps remain disabled pending release approval:

  • Using the newer itemized package for a live quotation and its booking or finance handoff.
  • Issuing its customer document or delivering it by email.

An internal review or PDF proof does not unlock these steps. Existing quotation and booking workflows keep their own checks.

Planned

Further integrations & automation

These are future scope, with no release date promised here:

  • Bank-feed imports, payment execution and automatic accounting entries.
  • External resident portals, e-signatures and contractor dispatch.
  • Native CAD synchronization and automated visit invitations.
Other planned capabilities

Dedicated parking-bay entitlement records, construction-event billing automation, broader demand and supply planning, and external lender or loan integrations are also planned separately.

Who is this real estate ERP designed for?

Planex365 Real Estate is designed for builders, developers and their sales, finance and project teams. It connects property inventory, buyer work, commercial review, bookings, manual collections, verification and handover.

Can we manage parking and refuge floors as well as residential floors?

Yes. Save a floor's purpose and keep its physical number. Parking ranges make bulk setup easier. Dedicated refuge and service floors are excluded from bulk unit creation, and partial refuge areas require review of permitted positions against the approved plan. A dedicated parking-bay entitlement register is planned separately.

Do buyer matches guarantee that a unit is within budget?

No. Matching suggests available units using inventory preferences such as project, location, configuration and carpet area. Budget is stored as a preference. Review the quotation total, charges and taxes to assess affordability. A shortlist does not reserve the unit.

How do site visits connect to the buyer's CRM record?

Visits stay connected to the buyer requirement and a CRM meeting. Teams can assign a project host, use an agenda, check calendar overlaps and record the visit outcome, cancellation or no-show. Automated outbound invitations are planned.

Does collections management include automatic bank feeds?

Current workflows use approved calendar instalments, manual receipt or payout claims, CRM follow-ups, dispute review and independent finance reconciliation. Bank-feed imports, payment execution and automatic accounting entries are planned. A manual claim is not a statutory receipt or automatic possession clearance.

Can engineers record inspection work without a connection?

Engineers can keep private inspection notes and photos in offline drafts. When connected, they synchronize after account, permission and record checks. If the server record has changed, they compare it before continuing. Synchronizing a draft does not automatically submit or approve the inspection.

What can we record at handover and after possession?

Review documents, agreement and clearance records, project readiness and the possession checklist. Record appointments, key or access release, meter and fixture details and recipient acknowledgement. Completed handovers can link to internal aftercare cases and work logs. External resident portals, e-signatures and contractor dispatch are planned.

Which reports can managers use?

Operational views cover inventory, visits, quotations, bookings, manual collections and post-booking work. Teams can review funnels, activity trends, commercial snapshots and exception counts, with metric definitions and available CSV exports. Access follows permissions; several organization-wide reports require administrator access.

What does release-gated mean for itemized pricing?

The newer itemized pricing package can be prepared, reviewed and exported as an internal proof. Its live quotation adoption, booking or finance handoff, customer document issuance and email delivery remain disabled pending release approval. An internal proof does not enable those steps. Review current, release-gated and planned scope.
